How to connect your CEX.IO account to CoinTracker

Easily sync your CEX.IO account with CoinTracker to automatically track transactions, balances, and generate accurate tax reports.

Connecting your CEX.IO account to CoinTracker

  1. Open the CEX.IO API Access page
  2. Select Generate API Key.
  3. Under permissions, enable only the account balance and open orders permissions.
  4. Select Generate key.
  5. Copy the User ID, API Key and API Secret
  6. Select Activate.
  7. Enter your two-factor authentication code and confirm activation of the new key by email

To import your withdrawal & deposit history from CEX.IO, follow these steps:

  1. Open the CEX.IO Transactions page
  2. Click Download CSV
  3. Convert the downloaded file to the CoinTracker CSV format
  4. Import the converted file below
